Dr. Lin于2013年取得台湾成功大学资讯工程系(计算机科学)博士学位，发行共超过15篇期刊论文和20篇以上的研讨会论文，并发表多篇发明专利。研究领域主要为智能建造、移动/多接入边源计算、5G C-V2X、智能网联汽车、5G C-V2X、通讯协议设计等。

Dr. LIN received the Ph.D. degree in computer science and information engineering from National Cheng Kung University in November 2013. He is currently a professor with the School of Architecture Engineering, Weifang University of Science and Technology, Shandong, China. He has published more than 15 journal papers and more than 20 conference papers. His research interests include communication protocol design of intelligent and connected vehicles, 5G NR-V2X, and mobile/multiaccess edge computing.
